Do I need a reservation for a tour?

When should I arrive for my tour?
A:
Mall of America - North Side Taxi/Shuttle Location across from IKEA between Nordstrom and Sears.
Landmark Center – Downtown St. Paul, Located on W 5th St on Rice Park. The best parking location is at the Lawson Ramp, RiverCentre Ramp or on Sundays at meter parking.

Where should I park?
A:
If you are taking your tour from Mall of America, you should park at Mall of America in the parking lot adjacent to the NORTH SIDE TAXI & SHUTTLE SERVICE DROP-OFF location. If that lot is full, then please park in one of the mall's ramps and walk. Please allow yourself extra time for parking in the event the adjacent lot is full. IF you are departing from the Landmark Center, parking is available in ramps surrounding the Landmark Center (i.e. Lawson Ramp, RiverCentre Ramp etc.). Please check in with the visitor center inside the main entrance of the Landmark Center.

Do I need tickets for a child under 6 years of age?
A:
Children 4 and under are free when not occupying a paid seat (except for the Minneapolis/Mississippi tour). Two children rates are allowed per paid adult.

What do I do if I need to cancel my reservation?
A:
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the schedule tour departure time for a refund. Holiday Lights Tours require that you cancel 7 days prior to the tour date. Cancellations made less than 7 days will not be refunded unless approved by personal at Gray Line Tours Minneapolis & St. Paul.

What is the policy for Gray Line canceling tours?
A:
Tour is subject to cancellation if minimum is not met. In the unlikely event of such a cancellation, a refund will be provided or an alternative will be offered. Merchant cancellation/re-scheduling policy of 24 hours applies.

Yes, please call to inquire about special private tours and group charters.

Should I tip my tour guide?
A:
Please tip your guide accordingly as gratuities are not included in the price of the tour.
